DIGITAL GROWTH AUDIT
Find out exactly what's holding your website back.
Before you spend another rupee on ads, a redesign or new content, find out what's actually stopping your existing website from generating enquiries — and get a clear, prioritised plan to fix it.
WHAT WE CHECK
Twelve checks, one honest picture.
Most business owners know their website could be doing more. Few know exactly what's wrong, or which fix matters most. This is where that gets answered.
Website Health Audit
Broken links, outdated content, technical errors and anything quietly costing you visitors.
SEO Audit
Where you rank today, what's holding you back, and which fixes will move the needle fastest.
GEO Audit
Whether AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity can find and cite your business at all.
AI Search Readiness
Structured data, entity clarity and content structure — the signals AI engines actually read.
Core Web Vitals
The specific loading, interactivity and stability metrics Google uses to rank your pages.
Speed
Real load times on a real mobile connection, not a lab test that doesn't match reality.
Security
Outdated software, missing SSL configuration and other risks that put your site and data at risk.
Mobile Experience
How your site actually behaves on the device most of your visitors are using.
Google Business Profile Review
Whether your listing is complete, accurate and working as hard as it should for local searches.
Analytics Review
Whether your tracking is even set up correctly — a surprising number of sites are flying blind.
Competitor Benchmark
How your visibility, speed and content compare to the businesses you're actually competing with.
Lead Generation Review
Where visitors are dropping off before they ever become an enquiry.
WHAT YOU GET
A report you can actually act on.
Digital Growth Report
Every finding from the twelve checks, written in plain language — what's working, what's not, and why it matters to your enquiry volume, not just your technical score.
Priority Improvement Roadmap
Every recommended fix ranked by impact and effort, so you know what to do first — whether that's a quick technical fix or a longer-term project.
AFTER THE AUDIT
Your roadmap points to exactly one next step.
What the audit finds determines what happens next — never the other way round. Depending on the findings, your roadmap will point toward one of three paths: ongoing Website Growth & Maintenance if the foundation is sound and needs consistent improvement, a Website Recovery & Redesign if the site itself is the constraint, or Digital Marketing & Visibility if the site is fine but too few people are finding it in the first place.
FAQS
Common questions about the audit.
What exactly do I get at the end of the audit?
Two things: a Digital Growth Report that documents every finding in plain language (not a jargon-filled scanner printout), and a Priority Improvement Roadmap that ranks fixes by impact and effort, so you know what to do first.
Is this just an automated tool scan?
No. We run the technical scans, but every result is reviewed and interpreted by a person. Automated tools flag hundreds of items with no sense of priority — we tell you which 5 actually matter for your business.
How long does the audit take?
Typically 5–7 working days from when we get access to your site and analytics, depending on the size of the website and how much history is available to review.
Do I have to sign up for anything else afterwards?
No. The audit and roadmap are yours to act on however you choose — with us, with another provider, or with your own team. Most clients do continue with us because the roadmap makes the next step obvious, but there's no obligation.
What if my website is genuinely outdated and needs a rebuild, not just fixes?
We'll tell you honestly. If the audit shows the underlying site is the real constraint, the roadmap will say so and point you to Website Recovery & Redesign instead of recommending patches to a foundation that won't hold them.
Do you need admin access to my website to run the audit?
For the deepest findings, yes — read-only access to your CMS/hosting and analytics helps us see what a public scan can't. If you'd rather not share access yet, we can still run a strong external audit and go deeper once you're ready.
Ready to see what's really going on?
One conversation, one audit, one clear roadmap. No obligation to do anything with it beyond that.
