How is this different from a normal website maintenance plan?
Traditional maintenance is reactive — updates, backups and fixing things when they break. Website Growth & Maintenance includes all of that plus a monthly improvement plan: SEO, GEO, conversion and content work aimed at moving your numbers forward, not just keeping the site standing still.
Do I need to have taken the Digital Growth Audit first?
It helps but isn't required. The audit gives us a documented starting point and a ranked list of what to improve first. Without it, we start with a shorter initial review before building your first monthly plan.
What does the monthly report actually include?
What we changed, why, and what it's expected to affect — traffic, rankings, speed, or conversions — plus the plan for next month. No vanity metrics, no filler screenshots.
Can you work with a WordPress, Shopify or custom-built website?
Yes. This service is platform-agnostic — the improvement work applies whether your site runs on WordPress, Shopify or something custom-built. If deeper platform-specific work is needed, we bring in our WordPress or Shopify Development expertise as part of the same plan.
What happens if a bigger issue is found during a monthly cycle?
We flag it immediately rather than waiting for the next report, explain the risk in plain terms, and agree on the right response — whether that's within scope or needs a separate conversation.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We recommend a 3-month minimum, because meaningful SEO and conversion improvements need at least that long to show properly. Beyond that, it runs month-to-month with no long lock-in.
