Project Overview

Stepzy is a native iOS fitness application designed and developed end to end within the Suvysoft ecosystem. It pairs an everyday step counter with an AI coach that turns raw activity data into short, personalised guidance — so people get more than numbers on a screen, they get a clear next step. A companion Apple Watch app keeps the live step count on the wrist.

Business Objective

Launch a focused, trustworthy fitness app in one of the App Store's most crowded categories — one that feels genuinely native on iPhone and Apple Watch, keeps personal health data private, and earns a place on the home screen through daily coaching rather than a wall of dashboards.

Challenges

• Standing out in a saturated step-tracking category dominated by large, data-heavy apps.
• Reading step and activity data accurately and consistently from HealthKit across both iPhone and Apple Watch.
• Designing an AI coach that gives useful, safe and non-repetitive guidance from a small set of daily signals.
• Keeping background processing and battery usage low despite continuous activity tracking.
• Passing App Store review cleanly, including Apple's health-data and privacy requirements.

Solution

Stepzy was built as a native Swift app with a companion watchOS app, reading activity directly from HealthKit and keeping personal health data on the device. An AI coaching layer converts daily and weekly trends into brief, plain-language prompts and goals. Onboarding is account-free, and the interface is built around a single clear daily view instead of a chart-heavy dashboard. The App Store listing, metadata and screenshots were written around how people actually search for a step counter.

Personalised Gifts

Shopping247.in is built to sell personalised and custom-printed products — the kind of catalogue where an order can carry a unique name, design or message. Customisation is treated as a first-class part of the buying journey rather than an afterthought bolted onto a generic template.

Print-on-Demand

The store is structured for a print-on-demand model: products are configured once, and each order flows through to production and fulfilment without holding large amounts of stock. Product options, variants and artwork are organised so new designs can be added quickly.

E-commerce

The store is built on Shopify, giving it a proven commerce core — catalogue, cart, checkout, orders, discounts and reporting — without reinventing the parts that have to be reliable. Indian essentials are in place: Cash on Delivery, free shipping across India, and order verification before dispatch.

Performance & Mobile Experience

The theme is kept lean — optimised images, minimal render-blocking scripts and a layout that paints quickly on mid-range phones over mobile data. The storefront is mobile-first: large tap targets, a short path from product to cart, a sticky add-to-cart on product pages and a simplified checkout, with WhatsApp one tap away for pre-sale questions.

Business Benefits

The business runs the storefront day to day — adding products, launching offers, tracking orders — while the technical side is handled under an ongoing maintenance plan. WhatsApp automation cuts down manual order updates, and the platform is ready to grow into new personalised-gift categories.

Local TV — Website & SEO

Project Overview

Local TV is a regional television service moving its audience online. The website was rebuilt and paired with a focused SEO and performance programme so viewers could find the schedule, watch on-demand content and reach the station without friction.

Challenges

• Navigation that blurred the lines between live schedule, on-demand content and contact details, so visitors got lost before reaching anything.
• A weak mobile experience despite most traffic coming from phones.
• Slow-loading pages that pushed visitors away.
• Very little search-engine visibility — most content was effectively undiscoverable.

Website Development

The site was rebuilt with a mobile-first layout and a content structure organised around how people actually use it: the live schedule up front, on-demand shows grouped by category, and clear routes into streaming. Show and episode pages were given consistent templates so new content slots in cleanly.

SEO Strategy

Structured data for video and show content was added so search engines could understand and surface it, metadata for show and episode pages was written and optimised, local keywords for the station's service area were targeted, and a content approach was shaped around show descriptions and topic pages that match real search intent.

Performance Optimisation

Image and asset delivery was tightened, render-blocking work was reduced, and the mobile layout was rebuilt to prioritise the primary traffic source — so pages reach usable content quickly on mid-range phones.

Technologies Used

A modern responsive front-end build, Schema.org structured data for video and TV content, XML and news-style sitemaps, image optimisation, Core Web Vitals–focused performance tuning, and analytics with Search Console.
